Is there something I can do at home to treat this rash like sore/bump? My dog is a healthy 21 old male. Pet's info: Dog | American Pit Bull Terrier | Male | unneutered | 1 year and 9 months old | 63 lbs

Unfortunately without seeing Deisel in person, I can't say what you can use to treat his rash. There are a number of different causes of rashes including allergies, bacterial infection, and fungal infection, and the cause needs to be diagnosed in order for the correct treatment to be prescribed. You will need to take him into the vet to get this rash diagnosed, and the vet can prescribe the needed treatment. Best of luck.
