No, a distemper shot will not stop aggressiveness. A distemper shot is a vaccination that protects your dog against the distemper virus, which is a virus that makes terrible disease and many dogs that contract it die. Aggressiveness is a behavioral problem and you may want to consult with a veterinary behaviorist to have your dog assessed and get help with working with your dog to be more social and less aggressive.
