In a younger dog I would say she’s pregnant. In her case being older I recommend a veterinary exam to make sure there is nothing medically wrong causing these symptoms, and they can do an ultrasound or X-rays to determine if she’s pregnant. Thanks for using Petco Pet Education Center, formerly Petcoach to help you care for Daisy.

Hi, thanks for using Petco Pet Education Center, formerly Petcoach! There are many animals that have their first litters before age 1. Risks with pregnancy are more likely if the father is a larger breed dog than Daisy. It's hard for me to tell you if she is pregnant. If she just stopped bleeding after her heat then that is way to early to have swollen nipples from pregnancy. Her nipples could be swollen from being in heat or from a false pregnancy. A false pregnancy is where the dog THINKS she is pregnant from hormones but isn't actually pregnant. If Daisy finished bleeding a month ago then the swollen nipples could be from pregnancy. You could have an X-ray done 45 days after she stopped bleeding to look for puppies. Good luck!

You can take her to the vet. They can do a physical exam, and maybe ultrasound or x-rays to help you determine if she is pregnant. Also, she may have been recently pregnant but weaned the puppies (milk could still be present) or there could be an infection.
