My older dog has grumpy behavior, swollen nipples, fluid. Pregnant?

My dog is a jack russel cross pattersale she is 8 years old and has never had puppies she has white fluid coming out of her nipples they are also swollen and hanging a little and she is very grumpy with everyone could this mean she is pregnant x. Pet's info: Dog | Jack Russell Terrier | Female | unspayed | 8 years and 3 months old

In a younger dog I would say she’s pregnant. In her case being older I recommend a veterinary exam to make sure there is nothing medically wrong causing these symptoms, and they can do an ultrasound or X-rays to determine if she’s pregnant.
