Is a fan enough to cool my dog in hot weather? Can dogs eat ice cream?

is air from electric fan dangerous for dogs? is air conditioning better? my dog has urinary stones and the weather outside is 33c so the vet said it would be better if he stays in an air conditioning room, aircon is not really convenient for us so, is fan air ok? and he maybe seems cooling off so can i give him some ice cream as a treat? Pet's info: Dog | Mixed Breed Small (up to 22lb) | Male | unneutered | 17 lbs

Thanks for using Petco Pet Education Center, formerly Petcoach! Temperature has no effect on bladder stones. A fan is fine to use to keep pets cool. Also make sure they have access to shade if they are outside. Please do not feed Cointhee any ice cream or other dairy products. Pets do not have the enzymes to break dairy down and it can cause diarrhea. As long as he has access to cool water to drink, that will be enough. Kisses to Cointhee!
