Why is my Rottweiler puppy snorting, snoring, and has eye discharge?

5 month old Rottie that snorts and snores. Does not have a nasal discharge but his eyes have heavy discharge every day.Sounds like he is under water when he sleeps. What can be the cause? Pet's info: Dog | Rottweiler | Male | unneutered | 4 months and 27 days old | 55 lbs

Hi, thanks for using Petco Pet Education Center, formerly Petcoach! If this is a new thing then he could have allergies or an upper respiratory tract infection (URI). Most URIs are viral and run their course in 2 weeks. If he has always snored then it is likely normal for him. I would have him checked out by your Vet regarding the eye discharge which could be allergies or a conjunctivitis. I wish you the best
