Hello, yesterday i found a little kitten om the street he was so sick i took him with me and then when i was cleaning him i found worms in his eyes i cleaned them with dry wipes and i put a gel for eyes on them and they became clean but i think the rest of worm went inside his stomach so i went and buy a medicament to kill those worms and they adviced me to make him drink the yellow of an egg but he is suffering from pain i don't know what to do, btw he is maybe 15 days old or maybe a bit more

Many times kittens with upper respiratory or eye infections can get maggots. Removing the maggots and treating the infection is the first step. The kitten may also have intestinal parasites, which need to be treated based on the type of parasite. Feeding egg yolks is not helpful, you will need to use a kitten milk replacer for nutrition and hydration. I would recommend that you have the kitten examined by a vet for the best chance at saving its life.
