I noticed a black spot on my dog's back, I am scared that it's skin cancer. I hope it's just a scab, its been the same for 4 days. Pet's info: Dog | Mixed Breed | Male | unneutered | 3 years and 4 months old | 7 lbs

It can be hard to tell without a complete examination and diagnostics. I would recommend that you have Tipou examined by a vet. Based on the physical appearance and relevant medical history, the vet may recommend just monitoring it, a fine needle aspirate for examination under a microscope, or a biopsy to be sent off to a lab.
