My puppy vomited white foam, not eating. Can I feed after deworming?

My 2month puppy vomited white foam last night and isnt eating anything till now. My vet gave deworming . Should I feed him right now????? Pet's info: Dog | Mixed Breed Large (61lb +) | Male

Poor Brownie. I would recommend trying a bland food diet of boiled chicken and white rice. I would offer this in small amount and see if that helps. IF not than brownie should go back to the vet to determine why the vomiting is continueing and for better medication to resolve it. Hope that helps
