Can aquarium fish diseases spread to humans? How do I prevent them?

Can any disease, infection by aquarium fish {(like parrot fish ,Molly,discus ,angel ,or turtle ) to suffer a human ? How to prevention them to me ? And If my aquarium water has always crystal clear by top filter to ( 75 litre tank and 5 parrot fish) ,so can I change water every week ?

Yes, there are some potential diseases that can be transmitted from fish to people, but they are few. Mycobacterium marinum or cheloniae and Streptococcus inaie are two that come to mind. The best prevention for you is to wash your hands and any part the is immersed into the water, with warm soapy water. If you have lesions on your hands, wearing disposable gloves is a good idea.
