Will cats bleed every time they are in heat ?? Or only sometimes? My cat rolling on The floor and crying. There is some liquid in her butt. Is she in heat??

We do not normally see bleeding when cats are in heat like we do in dogs. You can read more about the feline estrus cycle at https://veterinarypartner.vin.com/default.aspx?pid=19239&id=4952101 . If you are seeing liquid from the anus, I would be concerned she could have diarrhea or her anal sacs could be full, in which case I would recommend a veterinary exam. Best of luck to you and Runiyah.
