My rabbit has a hole on its nose. Should I take it to the vet?

Sorry to hear about Yang. A hole in the top of the sinus is a serious concerns, whether an abscesses nasal passage or trauma, this rabbit needs to be seen by veterinarian. This could be a sign of deeper concerns regarding Yang. For now, monitor appetite and ability to breathing. Check to see if there is any nasal discharge. Good luck.
