Hi, my 17 year old Chiweenie presented signs of impacted anal glands. She constantly whined. Her back legs have swollen with fluids. She's drinks plenty of water but hasn't eaten a bite since a few days before going to the emergency vet on Oct. 3 and they said she was just swollen but did test positive for a UTI. They gave anibiotics. Her anal glands are still swollen, she still won't eat and is gasy. When I take her out to potty she pees but also let's out gas and seems as though it's painful .

If I'm reading this correctly, the last time Nypsy ate was a few days before October 3rd, which means she has not eaten in about two weeks. That is extremely serious and I would consider this a medical emergency. She's slowly starving, and she needs veterinary care now. You need to take her into an ER vet right way. Best of luck.
