Senior dog still sick after vet: not eating, swollen anal glands?

Hi, my 17 year old Chiweenie presented signs of impacted anal glands. She constantly whined. Her back legs have swollen with fluids. She's drinks plenty of water but hasn't eaten a bite since a few days before going to the emergency vet on Oct. 3 and they said she was just swollen but did test positive for a UTI. They gave anibiotics. Her anal glands are still swollen, she still won't eat and is gasy. When I take her out to potty she pees but also let's out gas and seems as though it's painful . Pet's info: Dog | Dachshund | Female | spayed | 17 years and 4 months old | 27 lbs

If I'm reading this correctly, the last time Nypsy ate was a few days before October 3rd, which means she has not eaten in about two weeks. That is extremely serious and I would consider this a medical emergency. She's slowly starving, and she needs veterinary care now. You need to take her into an ER vet right way. Best of luck.
