My dog was hit by a ladder on the head, but acts normal. Is he okay?

My dog was playing and a wooden ladder fell on him. I am afraid it might have fallen on his head and could possibly have caused a concussion. He is acting normal and I looked at his pupils with a light and they are dialating normally and they are both the same size. I attached a picture, the ladder is on the left and it’s somewhat light weight and Duke is the white dog in the picture. Pet's info: Dog | Mixed Breed Small (up to 22lb) | Male | neutered | 3 years and 11 months old | 11 lbs

Hi, thanks for using Petco Pet Education Center, formerly Petcoach! Poor Duke! He will be fine! If he didn't pass out or act abnormal immediately after being hit I doubt very much that any head trauma occurred. If he has continued to act normal I again think he is fine. Have a good day
