My puppy threw up after treats. Should I worry about dehydration?

I fed my 11 week old yorkie "canine carry out" treats. bacon flavor, i gave him one and my little sister gave him another one one hour later. He threw them out 2 hours later i believe should i be concerned? Pet's info: Dog | Shorkie | Male | 2 months and 12 days old

If the vomiting continues I would recommend seeing your vet. Small breed puppies can become dehydrated quickly when they are vomiting. The treats may or may not have been the issue - to be safe is recommend avoiding these treats in the future.
