Why is my 12-year-old Yorkie tired with a strange lump on his side?

Bulletjie my 12 year old yorkie has been lying down the hole day not even the cat can make hin stand up. He alse has something strange going down his side under the skin from front to back paw. Whats wrong ? Pet's info: Dog | Yorkshire Terrier | Male | neutered | 12 years and 2 months old

Poor Bulltejie! It is concerning that he's been laying down all day, and this lethargy can be a sign of many illnesses such as a systemic illness, infection, injury, kidney disease, or liver disease to name a few. I can't see from the picture what is going on with his side, so I can't hazard a guess as to what it is. Keep an eye on him for now, and if this lethargy continues through tomorrow, I would take him into a vet for a health check. Best of luck, I hope this helps!
