My dog is 63 days pregnant and can't deliver puppies. What's wrong?

My bitch name is Lucy now she is in 63 days of pregnancy but her uterus bone is not open she is not able to give birth what should I do. Pet's info: Dog | American Pit Bull Terrier | Female | 1 year and 10 months old

If she’s having contractions and is not able to push the puppies out through her pelvis she needs immediate veterinary treatment. They will need to do a Caesarean section to remove them and they should spay her at the same time to prevent this from happening again.
