Why does my dog have dry, itchy skin, scabs, and bumps on his belly?

My dog has a dry patch of skin on his belly and he's constantly scratching it. It looks like eczema but i don't know what it is. There's also wart like things and s scab looking one. I didn't notice these until today and I've only had him for about twoo weeks. Pet's info: Dog | Pembroke Welsh Corgi | Male | neutered | 46 lbs

Based on the photos, it appears as though Galbi may have a bacterial skin infection. This could also be the start of what we call seborrheic dermatitis. I would use the shampoo and spray as I had previously recommended (Douxo PS Chlorhexidine combo and the Malacetic conditioning spray, both of which can be found online quite easily). If there is no improvement or it worsens, then I would still recommend having a veterinarian take a look at Galbi for further treatment recommendations.
