This lump needs to be checked and analysed as there are many conditions and types of tumors that could look like that. take him to the vet, they will perform a fine needle aspiration on the growth and send it to the lab for analysis. when the result comes, the vet will advise what needs to be done according to the diagnosis.

Good evening, thank you for using PetCoach! Any lumps/bumps that you notice on your dog should be checked out by your vet. Lumps can be any of these things: * abscess (infection) * cyst * cancer (benign or malignant) * wart Unfortunately, there is no way I can tell you what it is with 100% certainty just based on your description or by looking at a photo but I have a strong suspicion that it is a benign histiocytoma. https://veterinarypartner.vin.com/default.aspx?pid=19239&id=4952066 If this mass does not go away on it's own within a few weeks then she should see your vet. If she is licking it a lot you will need to get a cone collar to stop her from doing that. Hope this helps. Best wishes!

Poor girl. This looks like a mass or a blister on the foot. It most likely is a mass and could be a benign mass called a histiocytoma. To be sure I would recommend having your vet test this area. You can place an e-collar on her for now to keep her from licking the area and making it worse. You can purchase this from your local petstore. Also cleaning it with Betadine diluted 50:50 with water can help keep it from getting infected and help soothe it a little. I hope that your pet Moira resolves this foot lesion soon. Best of luck and take care.
