Why is my indoor cat's head twitching like he's annoyed?

My cats head just started twitching it doesn't seem to hurt him it's just looks like he's annoyed and trying to get something out of his ear he stays indoors so idk what it could be any ideas? Pet's info: Cat | RagaMuffin | Male | neutered

It could be that Kitto has an ear infection or possibly an ear polyp that is causing him irritation, leading him to twitch his head. Without seeing him in person, I can't say for certain. I would give him vet a call today to make him an appointment if this behavior continues. The vet can diagnose what is causing the twitching, and can treat him for it. Best of luck.
