Does the dog feel skin irritation in their first haircut? Pet's info: Dog | Shih Tzu | Female | unspayed | 9 months and 23 days old | 8.13 lbs

Hi, thanks for using Petco Pet Education Center, formerly Petcoach! As long as they aren't irritated by the products used and they aren't cut too close resulting in razor burn they shouldn't. I HAVE seen dogs present to the Vet with skin irritation after being groomed. It doesn't happen to ALL dogs though. Good luck!
