My dog has high BUN and creatinine. What kidney treatment is best?

Pet's info: Dog | Mixed Breed Small (up to 22lb) | Male | 5 years and 2 months old

i have attached max's test here reports were done 3 days earlier.also today has bun and creatinine test which are today now at 18.2 and 2.23 respectively.i have consulted with 2 vets;one of them refereed to continue NEFROTEC DS VET ALONG WITH EPAKITINE & RUBENAL 300,and one of them suggested only EPAKITINE & RUBENAL 300.what should i followed & as calcium level is very good is it safe to use EPAKITINE.how much serious the cbc,kidney,liver,urine reports are.today bun is 18.2 and creatinine 2.23

More information would be required in order to help assess Max's case such as his signs and symptoms (including any blood in stool), any change in thirst/appetite and body weight as well whether the bloods were taken fasting more than 12 hours or after feeding. Ipakitine is a phosphate binder and is used to protect the kidney from high blood phosphate levels and monitoring of this would be important.
