i have attached max's test here reports were done 3 days earlier.also today has bun and creatinine test which are today now at 18.2 and 2.23 respectively.i have consulted with 2 vets;one of them refereed to continue NEFROTEC DS VET ALONG WITH EPAKITINE & RUBENAL 300,and one of them suggested only EPAKITINE & RUBENAL 300.what should i followed & as calcium level is very good is it safe to use EPAKITINE.how much serious the cbc,kidney,liver,urine reports are.today bun is 18.2 and creatinine 2.23. Pet's info: Dog | Mixed Breed Small (up to 22lb) | Male | 5 years and 2 months old

More information would be required in order to help assess Max's case such as his signs and symptoms (including any blood in stool), any change in thirst/appetite and body weight as well whether the bloods were taken fasting more than 12 hours or after feeding. Ipakitine is a phosphate binder and is used to protect the kidney from high blood phosphate levels and monitoring of this would be important.
