Dog has congestion and breathing issues. Are natural remedies safe?

Hi! My dog was diagnosed through x-ray reading with broncho-interstitial pattern throughout the lungs. She was prescribed Clavamox then prescribed doxycycline. She is congested and has labored/hard time breathing. I am looking for somethin to help clear her congestion and help her breathe better. What can you suggest me to give her? Hoping for Natural or Holistic Pet products?

There are no proven holistic or natural remedies for such cases, there is very little to do regarding congestion even with conventional medications, if she has a hard time breathing your vet may prescribe brochodilatators such as theophylline or salmeterol.
