My dog's stomach gurgles and she's throwing up yellow foam. Why?

my dog has a gurgling stomach that stops for 10 mins then starts again. she threw up twice tonight the first time looked like liquid and the second time it was a yellowish foam. the gurgling stops every 5-10 minutes then starts for 5-10 minute then stops again. Pet's info: Dog | West Highland White Terrier | Female | spayed | 5 years and 5 months old | 126 lbs

Hi. Sounds like Millie has a pretty upset tummy. She may have gotten in to something, ate something new she isnt used to, she could have another type of GI illness, o4 something totally different. Unfortunately she would need to be seen and have some diagnostics done to guide us towards the most probable diagnosis and the correct treatment. Tonight i would hold off on food, and call your veterinarian in the morning
