My dog has yellow watery poop and yellow eye gunk. What's wrong?

Why is my dog's poop soft, watery like and yellow? Could it be the dog food or is my dog sick. He also is having yellow gunk coming out of his right eye? Please, help. I don't know what's going on with my pup. Hopefully you can see the pictures. The one of his eye you can see the yellow gunk on his nose. Pet's info: Dog | Mixed Breed | Male | neutered | 1 year old | 40 lbs

Poor Oreo! If he's had a sudden change in diet, that could be the cause of his diarrhea, but it could also be due to a GI illness, eating something rotten, or a foreign body. The discharge from his eye is indicative of an eye infection. He will need to see a vet for these problems. The eye infection has to be treated by a vet, as leaving it untreated can lead to vision loss. Call his vet today to make an appointment so his problems can be diagnosed and treated. Best of luck.
