My friend's pitbull-victorian bull dog mix has an open wound possibly from a broken mirror. Hoping by the pictures you can tell us what is needed for him to heal. Thank you. Pet's info: Dog | Mixed Breed Large (61lb +) | Male | unneutered | 3 years and 9 months old | 70 lbs

He needs to be taken to the vet as it looks infected, he will need a course of antibiotics, i don't think this will require stitching but a bandage with a local cream may also be needed to help it heal faster.
