Why is my kitten suddenly lethargic and unresponsive? Is it serious?

my kitten seems vary tired and unresponsive and hes not like that i dont know if hes just tired but even whens hes tired he wakes up and plays after few minuets of being wokin up but this time hes vary weak i call his name he doont respond i can hold him he will do a little meow and thats alll im worried i just got him

This is not normal kitten behavior and i recommend an emergency vet check to distinguish the source of his weakness and to start appropriate treatment. The signs are too vague to guess without a full physical exam

    Poor Scruff! It definitely sounds like something is wrong. Unfortunately, there are many things that could cause these symptoms, so it's hard to say what might be causing this without being able to examine her and run some tests. She may have some type of systemic illness or infectious disease causing weakness and lethargy. She could also be in pain from some type of injury, or may have ingested something toxic. Since she is still having issues, I would recommend taking her back to the vet for a recheck, or seeking a second opinion from another vet in your area. It sounds like she probably needs some blood work and possibly x-rays at this point to help diagnose the problem.
