Canine. An upper GI scope revealed severe abnormalities in the small intestine. Very thick & rough in appearance. Stomach filled with food & fluid even after fasting. Abdominal ultrasound shows one focal hyperechoic nodule 0.75 cm x 0.82 in right liver lobe region. Previous labs show neutrophilia, elevated PCT, PLT and low CHOL. Animal exhibiting chronic vomiting, weight loss. Cancer a likely diagnosis?

Cancer is one option but IBD could also be one of the causes, the liver nodule could be an accidental finding but these are things that cannot be determined for sure without a biopsy. was a biopsy taken at all? how old is your dog?
