My dog has a recurring sore lump where her ear meets her head.

Saki has a sore on her inside where the ear connects to her head. It doesn't look terrible, i thought it wad S a pimple, but there's no head, and it reformed after being drained? Any ideas? Ideas? We go for our annual within a month... Pet's info: Dog | Mixed Breed Medium (23 - 60lb) | Female | spayed | 1 year and 2 months old | 48 lbs
