My dog swallows treats whole. How do I get her to chew them properly?

My dog is a 1 year old chihuahua. When she is eating kibble, it’s fine, but when I’m feeding her treats or something, she doesn’t chew and just swallows. I’ve tried giving her a little at a time and waiting for a while and then giving her another one, but she still doesn’t chew. I don’t know how to fix this problem. I’ve seen dog bowls online that help dogs eat slowly, but I don’t need them because she doesn’t chew when I give her treats when training. Many dogs don’t chew treats or kibble. As long as she’s not having a problem then it’s nothing to be overly concerned about.
