Is it safe for my dog to eat grass sprayed with weed killer?

The weeds in my garden were sprayed with weed killer spray. Do I need to keep my dog inside? Do I need to be concerned if my dog accidentally eats grass that has weed killer residue on it? Pet's info: Dog | Mixed Breed Medium (23 - 60lb) | Female | spayed | 2 years and 11 months old | 18.8 lbs

Hello. In general, once the spray has dried, it should be safe to let your pet back into the garden. I would, however, try to limit any ingestion of the treated grasses.
