My 11-month-old spayed kitten sprays and smells awful. What's wrong?

11 month old kitten, has been fixed, updated on all shots. Eats like crazy, sprays everywhere, and she smells horrendous. Like I have to leave the room she stinks it up so bad. Pet's info: Cat | Mixed Breed | Female | spayed | 8 lbs

Hi. It could be possible that Stink has a urinary tract infection. If she is urinating.outside the box as well, that could be a sign of a urimary tract infection or stress as well. I recommend contacting your veterinarian to schedule an exam and a urinalysis as well to start. It will provide alot of information and help.guide us to the probable diagnosis.
