Why does my dog's tongue seem stuck or swallowed? Is it serious?

Pet's info: Dog | Siberian Husky | Female | 7 months and 5 days old | 20 lbs

my dog swalloed her tounge second time it hapened had to pull mouth open and pull her tounge up. any idea why this could happen

Dogs (and humans) can't swallow their tongues. It is firmly attached to the mouth. They can curl it up quite a bit, but it isn't causing any issues. If you are concerned about Rosie, I would have her examined by a vet.
