Vet unavailable. What do my dog's elevated kidney lab results mean?

Can someone interpret this lab results for me? The vet is not around to interpret this.. Thank you so much

These are elevated kidney parameters and these may point to kidney disease. Lab results alone will not diagnose a disease, so I would have to have the result of a hands-on clinical exam as well as mesical history of your animal as well in order to correctly interpret the results.
