Why is my dog swaying, acting nervous, and growling at unseen things?

Hi, my dog has been swaying back and forth when shes sitting down and when shes standing up. She us also acting nervous and growls at things that aren't there. Pet's info: Dog | Mixed Breed Large (61lb +) | Female | unspayed | 3 years and 10 months old | 90 lbs

This is very concerning. Unfortunately these signs are very unspecific signs of weakness, nausea, possibly anemia or and infection or sepsis. I strongly suggest you take Holly to your veterinarian for an exam and some blood tests. Please check her gums. If they are white or very pale, this is an emergency and she needs to be taken to a pet ER right away as she may be bleeding internally.
