My wild Rosella is aggressive. Can I tame it and earn its trust?

Hello! A few months ago some of my coworkers found a crimson rosella outside and they still keep it in its cage and take care of it.I want to take it home and keep it as a pet but the bird is kinda aggressive.He doesnt want to be touched by people,he either runs away or bites the person.If i take it home to take care of it will i ever be able to tame it and get it to trust me? Cause ive heard that its really hard to tame them..Please help!

It definitely can be difficult to gain the trust of a bird that has never had human contact. Take is slow by allowing Popcorn to be acclimated to his new surrounding. Hopefully he will become less scared. Observe him for having a favorite food. If he does, you can use that as a treat to win trust. Start by showing it to him in your hand and then you place it into the food dish. Over time, see if he will take if from you. Be careful, they can bite hard. Seeking a behavioral specialist might give you more tips.
