My dog ate grease, is throwing up bile, and won't eat. What's wrong?

our 10 year old golden retriever ate a large amount of fat/grease Thursday night (grease from a beef meatloaf pan) and started throwing up Saturday morning. He seemed to eat and drink normally Friday and drank normally Saturday but hasn’t eaten since Friday. He’s thrown up at least 7 times - water/bile but no food. Pet's info: Dog | Golden Retriever | Male | unneutered | 10 years and 3 months old | 85 lbs
