Is it safe to apply Frontline Plus after recent Hartz flea treatment?

I used cheap Hartz flea medicine about 10 days ago, and most of it dried in his fur (he squirmed alot), he still has fleas, and I just got Frontline plus, and was wondering if it would be safe to give him?

Yes ypu can give Frontline plus. You need to part the hair between the shoulder blades and make sure you put the liquid on the skin. If you think that will be difficult you can cut the hair in this spot and then rub the liquid into the skin with the tip of the tube, or have someone holding your pet for you while you apply the flea medicine.
