My puppy has a head knot from playing. Should I worry after 4 days?

My 5 month old blue nose pitbull has a knot on her head and she doesn’t seem to be bothered by it. SHe plays rough with her brother could she of just hit her head or should I be worried because the knot has been there for about 4 days now. Pet's info: Dog | Mixed Breed Medium (23 - 60lb) | Female | unspayed | 30 lbs

If Fiona plays rough with her brother, this knot on her head could be due to an injury. It's good that it's not bothering her, and I would keep an eye on her for now.
