My dog is in pain, weak, not eating, has maggots. What can I do?

Hi good day my dog is very sick he got a hole by his tail on top and it's infested with maggots I got a medical powder that I am putting and it helped a lot the maggots started to drop out but he is in a lot of pain and is very weak he isn't a eating anything and he's letting out his poops jus like that on himself he's just laying there but he is awake I cannot afford a vet at this moment but I'm trying so hard to help him I gave him coconut water to drink but still he's weak.
