My kitten has a warble. How urgent is it? What's the vet cost?

Hi. I'm pretty sure my kitten has a warble. If it is a warble can you just give me a general idea of what is may cost at the vet and how much of an emergency it is! Please and thank you. Pet's info: Cat | Mixed Breed | Male | unneutered
