Like augmentin is primarily clear from kidneys so does clindamycin also clears from kidney? Secondly, like for liver there are alot of super there to detoxify liver with supplements like HIMALAYA 52 syrup or MILK THISTLE similarly is there any supplement to detoxify kidney ? Though i know dri king plenty of waters help but in humans it is ok but we cannot force dog to drink plenty of water so what supplements available to detoxify kidney? The majority (80-90%) of clindamycin is broken down by the liver and excreted as inactive molecules. There are a number of supplemental products which can be used to support the kidneys such as pronefra and omega fatty acids as well as diet modification to reduce the workload the kidneys have to do but these are not recommended unless kidney injury or failure has been diagnosed
