Why is my cat constipated again with vomiting and a bloody rear?

Pet's info: Cat | Bengal | Male | unneutered | 5 months and 3 days old | 5.38 lbs

My cat is having problems pooping from a several days...firstly he had constipation,vomitting and the anal area was red and like accumulated blood around it which was irremovable.I immediately went to a Vet and he prescribed a antibiotics for infection and a medicine for reducing constipation,the medicine were effective indeed..he started to improve...but after10-15days started having the problem again...he vomitted yesterday,and now his anal area is swelling and bloody..I badly need ur help Dr

Hi, thanks for using Petco Pet Education Center, formerly Petcoach! Poor Mickey! I would contact your vet for more medication and change Mickey's diet. Constipation is a symptom of something else not a primary disease. In a 5 month old cat it is likely dietary but there can have motility issues that are genetic with their colon. Be sure he has been dewormed appropriately and is vaccinated. Increase water intake by feeding a canned food diet and slowly adding water. There are also prescription diets available (royal canin gastro-intestinal until 1 year of age then fiber response). I wish you the best
