My dog's head is oozy, sore, and losing hair. What should I do?

Hi my 3 year old rottweiler has a lesion on the top of his head that is oozy and looks sore he is losing his hair there too. Can you help please. I have a picture of that helps. Pet's info: Dog | Rottweiler | Male | unneutered | 3 years and 6 months old | 103 lbs

Thanks for using Petco Pet Education Center, formerly Petcoach! Without seeing Milo it’s hard to say what is going on. You can clean the area with a mild soap and water then dry thoroughly and apply a triple antibiotic ointment. If it’s not looking better in a couple of days, I would have a vet take a closer look. He may need oral medications. Good luck and kisses to Milo!
