Pet's info: Cat | Domestic Shorthair | Male | neutered | 6 months and 3 days old | 5 lbs
my 6 month old cat started to limp on his right front paw yesterday. He was running around with our other kitten just as usual previously. There is no obvious sign of injury, he spent all day sleeping in my bed, which is extremely unusual. He does not purr either. I did feed him and he peed in a litter box after I brought him to it. However, he's still very docile and it's unlike him. He's up to date on his shots. What's going on?

I would recommend that you have Xavier examined by a vet. Limping can be caused by a sprain, a fracture, joint issues, etc. Cats are good at hiding pain, so if you see a limp you can know it is is painful. Also, sleeping more and not purring are often signs of pain. The vet will do an exam and maybe x-rays to determine the most appropriate treatment.
