My zebra finch is weak and sick after laying eggs. What can I do?

My female zebra finch had 4 eggs 1 of them hatched and died before 3 days, today my female zebra finch is very weak (not moving, puffy, not eating) and sleepy. Her back is very dirty maybe she is having diarrhea?? I'm worried that she might die :(( Pls tell me what can I do. Pet's info: Bird | Unknown - Bird | Female | unspayed | 10 months and 24 days old

It sounds as if your female may be sick and it would be best to bring her to a vet ASAP. It is possible she is exhausted from laying the eggs due to malnutrition, has an illness, or even has a stuck egg that is making her ill. You may also need to separate her into a warm hospital cage until you can get to the vet to help make her more comfortable and reduce stress.
