Why is my unneutered male dog humping, not eating, and throwing up?

My unneutered male dog won't eat around my spayed female dog and tries to hump her even though she's spayed so obviously can't be in heat. When he does eat, he throws up. Pet's info: Dog | Cardigan Welsh Corgi | Male | unneutered | 1 year old | 33 lbs
