Why is my dog vomiting, has diarrhea, and won't eat after boarding?

My 4 year old basset hound corgi mix stayed with my parents for 6 days and they said she seemed normal the whole time. Ever since I picked her up 2 days ago, she has had awful runny poop, vomited and has been panting much more than normal. She will drink water, but when offered food she pushes it around with her nose but will not eat. She even spit of a piece I tried to hand feed her. What could be wrong with her? Side note: I have a 2nd dog who was with her who is acting normal. Pet's info: Dog | Basset Hound | Female | spayed | 30 lbs
