My 16-year-old dog's ear flap is wrinkled. What does it mean?

Typically, when the dogs ear flap wrinklelike that they previously had a hematoma on that ear. If the ear flap was filled up with liquid previously this can happen. I would check to make sure Bella does not have an ear infection otherwise there’s nothing you can do to fix it and it won’t cause any issues.
