My 3-month-old puppy has an eye infection. Is more treatment needed?

Hello doc! Thank you for your help. Jack is 3 months old and is having eye infection. The local doctor gave me eye drops. Please check the images and advice

Thanks for using Petco Pet Education Center, formerly Petcoach! I am afraid that his cornea is clearly perforated and will not heal with any drops. Jack should be evaluated for further assessment and treatment. There is a very good chance his eye will need surgery. Good luck and have a great day!
