Why are my senior Frenchie's neck lymph nodes swollen? What to expect?

Question

Our 11 year old male, neutered Frenchie has two swollen lymph nodes(neck). He’s as energetic as usual (which is to say, not very). He’s drinking more water, appetite is normal (good). His blood panel just came back normal. We went ahead with a needle aspiration, just in case. Ideas of what to expect? Pet's info: Dog | French Bulldog | Male | neutered | 10 years and 10 months old | 34 lbs
